Standard Packaging
Automatic Selection: Unless you request otherwise, Standard Packaging is the default option and its fees will be calculated at checkout.
Method: Artworks, both oil and ink paintings, will be securely rolled and placed in a specially-designed PVC tube for optimum protection.
Cost-Efficiency: This packaging is more economical when it comes to shipping fees.
Post-Delivery: Upon receiving the artwork, you'll need to take it to a local framing shop for stretching and framing, which will be at your own cost.
Custom Packaging
Request Required: Custom Packaging must be requested in advance of purchase.
Method: Artwork will be stretched over a frame and securely boxed.
Cost: Fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, not gross weight, resulting in higher shipping costs due to increased package dimensions.
Billing: Custom packaging fees will be billed to you separately.
Contact: Please contact us prior to making your purchase for this option. Be sure to provide the SKU number of the artwork you're interested in for custom packaging.
Note: If we do not receive a Custom packaging request from you, Standard packaging will be automatically selected and its fees calculated at checkout.

Unique, Oversized Artworks & Sculptures
Custom Packaging Only: For unique art pieces, oversized artworks, or sculptures, Custom Packaging is the only available option.
Contact Required: It's crucial to contact us prior to making a purchase for these types of artworks. This allows us to make special shipping and packaging arrangements tailored to the unique requirements of each piece.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Provider: All artworks are exclusively shipped via DHL Express, known for its reliable and fast international shipping services.

Shipping Timeframe: Once your order is processed and payment is received, your artwork will be shipped within 3-5 business days. DHL Express generally delivers within 3-7 business days internationally, depending on the destination.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: After your artwork is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your package on the DHL website.

Packaging: All artworks are packaged securely to ensure they are fully protected during transit.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as the destination. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. DHL Express will handle customs clearance, but any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues: In the event your package is delayed, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to contact DHL Express directly. If you are unable to resolve the issue with DHL, please contact us for further assistance.

Signature Requirement: For security reasons, all artworks shipped via DHL Express will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the cost of a second shipment.

International Shipping Restrictions: Please note that due to international shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some countries. Check the DHL website or contact us for more information.
